The main objective of the project is to implement automation and digitalisation into the production process of RONELT s.r.o. This includes the purchase and integration of a multifunctional welding and handling machines into the existing ERP-MES system. The goal is to increase production capacity, reduce error rates, optimise workflows, and streamline the entire manufacturing process. This step will enable the company to:
